LAUGHING WILLOW'S KITCHEN GLUTEN FREE HOLIDAY TREATS AND SWEETS

Around the Holidays it can be quite scary to have to be gluten free or even dairy (free).
But don't you fret!  Don't feel blue!
 I've got a few tasty treats just for you!
They are easy to make and not all half baked.  
Your friends will start to drool and you will be so cool!  

Ingredients:
organic chocolate chips (organic sugar, organic chocolate liquor [non-alcohol], organic cocoa butter, soy lecithin, organic vanilla flavor), organic tapioca starch, organic evaporated cane juice, organic whole grain brown rice flour, organic whole grain sorghum flour, rice starch, organic brown sugar, organic vanilla powder, baking soda (sodium bicarbonate), xanthan gum, sea salt.

(I can't have  butter so I used a soy free dairy free butter substitute like: earth balance natural soy free buttery spread , to make this and I always use rice milk as my milk substitute in any recipe)

Ingredients:
organic evaporated cane juice, organic white rice flour, organic chocolate chips (organic sugar, organic chocolate liquor [non-alcohol], organic cocoa butter, soy lecithin [added as an emulsifier], organic vanilla flavor), organic potato starch, organic cocoa powder, tapioca starch, natural vanilla flavor with other natural flavors, (organic sugar, natural vanilla flavor with other natural flavors), xanthan gum, sea salt, baking soda, and non-aluminum baking powder (monocalcium phosphate, baking soda, cornstarch).

(I think this takes eggs to make so it is not egg free but you may be able to  use an egg substitute.  I have not made this in some time but that does not make it not super yummy!!)

NO TRANS FAT, NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS, VEGAN, KOSHER PAREVE GLUTEN-FREE, CASEIN-FREE

ingredients:

Sorghum Flour, Brown Pure Cane Sugar, Expeller-Pressed Vegetable Oil (Safflower Oil and/or Sunflower Oil), Grape, Apple & Pear Juice Concentrates, Date Paste, Molasses, Unsweetened Applesauce (water, apples), Natural Rice Dextrin, Water, Ground Ginger, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Baking Soda, Xanthan Gum, Salt, Ground Nutmeg, Rosemary Extract
NO TRANS FAT, NO ARTIFICIAL INGREDIENTS, VEGAN, KOSHER PAREVE GLUTEN-FREE, CASEIN-FREE

These blueberry gems are a perfect way to jump-start your day. Sugar sprinkles and bursts of blueberry goodness throughout each muffin. Warm in the oven or microwave. Four to a pack.

(Oetker makes several other kinds of pudding mixes.  I make them dairy free by adding vanilla rice milk instead of milk.  The rice milk works well but it is best eaten on the day you make it. )
